TransUnion DeskTop provides on-demand flexibility for our customers. Simply choose the product you desire from the Product menu, complete the input form, and view a report.

Steps to Gain Access to TransUnion DeskTop Online Products

1. Review the minimum requirements to ensure that TransUnion DeskTop is compatible with your workstation environment.
2. Contact your TransUnion sales representative.
3. Working jointly with your TransUnion sales representative, complete an agreement to access TransUnion DeskTop and specify the desired level of security.
4. Receive an email message from TransUnion containing a User ID and password. If you requested an additional layer of security as part of your TransUnion DeskTop agreement, also receive a second email message containing your digital certificate information.
5. TransUnion DeskTop Administrator: Prepare each workstation for TransUnion DeskTop access and give each workstation user a User ID and password to access TransUnion DeskTop. If you requested an additional layer of security as part of your TransUnion DeskTop agreement, install a digital certificate on each workstation that will be used to access TransUnion DeskTop.
   
6. User: Log in to TransUnion DeskTop with your User ID and password.
