For Administrators:
There are two scenarios that an Administrator would need to
download a digital certificate:
- If your company requested digital certificates
as part of your TransUnion DeskTop Agreement, you will need
a TransUnion subscriber digital certificate. When a user is
installing this type of digital certificate, you, as an Administrator, will be
asked to login as well as the user.
- Your company has requested access to a self-administration
site for Administrators to manage user and location information. Access
to this site also requires the installation of a digital certificate.
For Users:
If your company has requested digital
certificates as part of your TransUnion DeskTop Agreement, you will need a
TransUnion subscriber digital certificate. You will be prompted
to download the certificate when logging in for the first
time. An Administrator must be present to complete the
digital certificate installation.
*Digital certificates are active for 2 years. At the time
of expiration, you will again be instructed to download new digital certificates.
